The Kerala Association Of Dallas was established in 1976 as a non-profit cultural association to promote and foster international relationships and goodwill.
The vision and commitment of a few dedicated families rooted down the Kerala Association of Dallas. Under the leadership of Dr. Narayana Panickar as the president and Mr. Abraham Mathew as the Secretary, Kerala Association started its activities. First meeting to discuss about the Kerala Association was encouraged by more than 20 families with their physical presence and moral support. Kerala Association, as a legal organization launched its activities in 1976.

India Cultural and Education Center (ICEC)
India Cultural and Education Center is a non-profit Texas Corporation and is referred to as the ‘Center’. ICEC is located in the city of Garland (3821 Broadway Blvd, Garland, TX 75043). The primary mission of the Center is to provide charitable, cultural and educational services to the needy persons both in United States and around the world including India by establishing a cultural Center to facilitate and introduce the rich heritage and culture of India in the United States of America. ICEC also promotes and participates in the educational and literary activities organized and associated with the Malayalam Library owned and operated by the Kerala Association of Dallas.
